Overview and Responsibilities:
NXT DIGITAL examines the end-to-end product lifecycle to identify ways in which technology and software may intervene or disrupt to accelerate innovation. This role supports a team that develops software prototypes and concepts for 3D visualization tools and software automations useful at the intersection of design and manufacturing. A successful candidate leverages digital experience in innovation or similarly exploratory stages and manages with an open mind and flexible expectations. A profile that may work here is a Digital Producer, Product manager or Program lead from an innovation organization, prototyping studio or media lab. THE WORK: Reporting into the Program team, this person will: Embed with project teams to encourage, advocate and motivate Partner with our product directors to define requirements, manage scope and communicate dependencies. Help with strategic planning and presentations & other communications. Drives project feasibility analyses, with specific accountability to determine budget and resource requirements. Assesses the business impact of different solutions, and can assess the tradeoffs between business needs, technology requirements and costs. Within the context of the project(s), has autonomy to establish timelines and milestones, assign resources, and approve work output.
Pay Rate: $77 - $67 per hour
