As an LCSW at Inner Zenith Wellness, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to identify the mental health needs of students, developing tailored treatment plans utilizing evidence-based approaches.
• Administering various therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to address the unique challenges faced by students.
• Documenting clinical progress in a timely manner, maintaining accurate and compliant records in accordance with HIPAA and relevant regulations.
• Collaborating with a team of mental health professionals to ensure continuity of care, participating in case consultations and peer-review meetings to discuss patient progress and strategies.
• Providing educational sessions to students and their families, enhancing their understanding of mental health issues and available resources.
• Staying current on mental health research and developments, utilizing this information to refine and improve treatment strategies.

This role primarily focuses on serving students in a school environment, ranging from early childhood to adolescence. You'll work with individuals facing various emotional and behavioral challenges, including anxiety, depression, and trauma-related issues. Your expertise will be vital in creating a safe space where students feel heard and supported, allowing for personal growth and development.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required to ensure a solid foundation in social work principles.
• A valid state license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), demonstrating your adherence to professional standards.
• A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience, particularly in providing psychotherapy services, ideally with young populations.
• Extensive knowledge of solution-focused therapy techniques and evidence-based practices aimed at achieving positive client outcomes.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and trust with a diverse client population.
• Strong problem-solving abilities paired with critical thinking skills to navigate the complexities of mental health crises.

• Experience working within a school system or with educational professionals is highly desirable, enhancing your ability to navigate the school environment effectively.
