• Diagnose and treat a variety of mental health disorders, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to individual client needs.
• Conduct initial assessments and develop personalized treatment plans that consider each client's unique circumstances.
• Engage in regular one-on-one counseling sessions, both virtually and via telehealth platforms, while adjusting treatment strategies as needed to optimize client outcomes.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions, providing support, guidance, and education to clients in a collaborative environment.
• Perform ongoing evaluations of client progress to ensure effective treatment, revising plans as necessary to align with therapeutic goals.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with state regulations and clinic policies.
• Provide referrals to other specialists when appropriate, ensuring comprehensive care for clients.

• A valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Demonstrated proficiency in conducting assessments and creating treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a trusting environment for clients.
• A strong commitment to professional ethics and maintaining client confidentiality.

• Experience in addiction counseling and familiarity with co-occurring disorders.
• Knowledge of therapeutic modalities and an ability to integrate various approaches into practice.
• Proven record of successful client engagement and retention, demonstrating the ability to motivate clients toward their therapeutic goals.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition to a robust compensation package, we provide:
