Are you the leader who replaces firefighting with foresight? At Beckman Coulter Life Sciencesโ€”part of Danaherโ€”weโ€™re accelerating answers in life sciences, diagnostics, and biotech. We need an Equipment Uptime Supervisor who can transform maintenance across plastics processing, CNC machining, and assembly so scientists get results faster.

What youโ€™ll do
  • Own plant-wide maintenance performanceโ€”cut unplanned downtime, boost PM compliance, and increase productivity across injection molding, blow molding, automation/robotics, instrument assembly, centrifuge assembly, and final test lines.
  • Lead techniciansโ€”set the dayโ€™s plan, allocate the toughest jobs, hold the bar on safety and workmanship, and coach continuously.
  • Partner with Engineering, Operations, and Quality to convert data and trends into decisive actions, reporting insights and risks to leadership.
What you bring
  • High School Diploma/GED with 8+ years; or Bachelorโ€™s with 5+ years; or Masterโ€™s with 3+ years.
  • Experience integrating complex instrumentation/equipment: electro-mechanical systems, fluids, pneumatics, thermal, and optical components.
  • Proven troubleshooting and maintenance across CNC and injection/blow molding equipment (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic) with strong coordination and data-driven decision-making.
Plus
  • CMMS know-how for scheduling planned/unplanned work, preventive maintenance, and streamlining flow across multiple production areas.
Physical/Environmental
  • Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment.
  • Lift/move up to 50 lb.
