You'll Own supplier partnerships, Own category performance, and Own continuous improvement, collaborating with Supply Chain, Operations, Quality, R&D, Commercial, and Global Procurement to strengthen our sourcing capabilities across key ingredient categories.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will own endtoend sourcing and supplier management to ensure reliable, costeffective supply that supports our production and business goals.

  • Source and secure raw materials aligned with production, quality, and business needs
  • Build and manage supplier relationships, leading negotiations across price, terms, and service
  • Monitor market trends, supplier performance, and spend to drive cost savings and manage risk
  • Partner crossfunctionally (Supply Chain, Operations, Quality, R&D, Commercial) to ensure continuity of supply
  • Translate forecast, demand, and plant requirements into clear sourcing and supplier actions
  • Lead contract management, supplier onboarding, and maintain accurate procurement data
  • Drive supplier performance, address issues proactively, and support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with global procurement teams while ensuring strong local execution at the plant level

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 7 - 10 years of procurement or sourcing experience, ideally in companion animal, livestock, or aquaculture industries.
  • Ideally knowledge of and experience with the relevant categories
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
  • Effective negotiation and supplierrelationship management skills.
  • Strong communication abilities and comfort working crossfunctionally.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools.

What You'll Own

As a Senior Buyer, you will operate as a senior strategic contributor within our procurement team. In this role, you will:

  • Own category strategy and lead longterm sourcing plans for key ingredient categories.
  • Drive highvalue supplier negotiations to secure costeffective, reliable, and highquality supply.
  • Lead procurement improvement initiatives that enhance processes, strengthen supplier partnerships, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Provide market insights that influence business decisions and support broader commercial and operational strategy.
  • Act as a key partner across Supply Chain, Operations, Quality, R&D, and Commercial teams, shaping decisions that impact production and supply continuity.
