Our Infrastructure Manager serves within IT Operations and manages, administers, develops, and supports the agency's infrastructure. This role provides technical assistance on Windows, cloud-based systems, network and resolving operational problems. This includes installing, troubleshooting, implementing, integrating, securing, and developing evolving strategies for the data center, network, VMware environment, and physical servers.

Key Responsibilities Manage physical and virtual server installation, configuration, and support. Evaluate, monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize server environment. Streamline agency's computing needs and plan for cloud-based technology.

Ensure network and reliability statewide. Build and administer disaster recovery/business continuity program. Establish project management approach for communication to various departments.

Ensure continuous improvement of Infrastructure team through regular assessments. Integrate data privacy and system security compliance into Infrastructure team function. If you're ready to take on this challenge and help support South Carolina's workforce system, please apply.
