We’re hiring a hands-on Network & Systems Supervisor to lead and elevate a high-performing infrastructure team. This is a player-coach role—owning team delivery while actively contributing across networking, systems, and modern DevOps practices.
What You’ll Do
• Lead and develop a team of network, systems, and security engineers
• Own workload planning, delivery, and operational excellence
• Serve as technical escalation point for complex incidents
• Drive infrastructure automation (Ansible, Python) and CI/CD (GitLab)
• Oversee container platforms, Linux environments, and enterprise networking
• Lead IAM, security operations, and compliance (HIPAA, SOC2)
• Establish standards, processes, monitoring, and incident response
• Contribute to strategy, KPIs, and continuous improvement
What You Bring
• 5–7+ years in infrastructure, systems, or DevOps
• 1–2+ years leading or mentoring technical teams
• Strong Linux, networking, and enterprise infrastructure experience
