What we’re looking for:

SHAZAM is looking for a VP of Infrastructure tolead the vision, strategy, and execution of our enterprise technology infrastructure. This senior leadership role is responsible for ensuring the availability, security, scalability, and performance of our critical technology environments while driving innovation and operational excellence across the organization. This role will work closely with executive leadership to align technology investments with business objectives and support SHAZAM's continued growth and innovation.

What you'll do:
  • Lead and develop teams responsible for infrastructure, systems, networks, telecommunications, cloud platforms, and operational support.
  • Ensure the availability, security, scalability, and performance of mission-critical technology environments supporting 24/7 operations.
  • Analyze industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement across the technology landscape.
  • Develop and implement plans for capacity management, technology lifecycle planning, infrastructure modernization, staffing, and cost optimization.
  • Evaluate, recommend, and oversee the implementation of technology hardware, software, security solutions, and network infrastructure.
  • Establish and maintain policies, procedures, and controls that ensure information security, regulatory compliance, and business continuity.
  • Manage infrastructure architecture, disaster recovery readiness, and operational resilience initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with executive leadership, business stakeholders, vendors, and strategic partners.
  • Oversee departmental budgets, technology investments, vendor contracts, and resource planning to maximize business value and return on investment.
  • Provide regular updates, reporting, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and the Board of Directors as needed.
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination among stakeholders, technical teams, and business partners to deliver reliable and innovative technology solutions.
What you need:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years experience in technology infrastructure, enterprise systems, networking, cloud computing, or related technology disciplines.
  • 7+ years of experience leading and developing technical teams within a complex technology environment.
  • Strong expertise in enterprise infrastructure, including Windows and UNIX/Linux operating systems, networking, telecommunications, virtualization, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity.
  • Experience supporting highly available, mission-critical environments with stringent uptime, security, and performance requirements.
  • Proven experience managing budgets, technology investments, vendor relationships, and contract negotiations.
  • Strong understanding of information security principles, regulatory requirements, risk management, business continuity, and disaster recovery planning.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and build strong internal and external business relationships.
  • Ability to respond to operational issues outside of normal business hours and support the needs of a 24/7 technology environment.
  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly for business needs.
