The Infrastructure Systems Engineer is responsible for maintaining, optimizing, and ensuring the availability of the company's IT infrastructure. This includes servers, storage systems, and cloud services. They will work under the guidance of the IT Manager to support business operations by ensuring reliable and secure infrastructure.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Infrastructure Management:
  • Maintain and manage physical and virtual servers.
  • Oversee storage systems, ensuring data integrity and availability.
  • Implement and manage cloud services.
System Monitoring and Maintenance:
  • Monitor infrastructure performance and implement necessary improvements.
  • Perform regular system updates and patches.
Security Management:
  • Ensure the security of the IT infrastructure, implementing necessary security measures.
  • Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.
Disaster Recovery:
  • Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans.
  • Ensure regular backups and data recovery processes are in place and tested.
Support and Troubleshooting:
