JOB SUMMARY

  • Serve as lead for infrastructure requirement analysis and design to meet application and performance needs.
  • Review high level design issues relating to platform, enterprise software, and interactions and provide recommendation for optimal performance.
  • Work closely with development team to coordinate infrastructure changes and support enterprise technology initiatives.

SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

  • experiences in infrastructure requirement analysis/design , capacity planning and application performance tuning.
  • experience in managing infrastructure/applications using Oracle RDBMS, Unix, TIBCO, Informatica , Abinitio ETL (Informatica preferred), Netezza , Informatica MDM.
  • Good working knowledge on Unix shell scripting and scheduling software such as AutoSys is required
  • Good understanding on technologies like Unix OS, SAN, NAS, NFS, Networking
  • Strong ability to understand and represent high level technical capabilities.
  • Experience in release management as per the Agile.
  • Experience in design, build and configuration of infrastructure, database and various tools such as TIBCO BW, Informatica etc. for large initiatives in warehousing including Sourcing/Staging, ODS, DW, Marts..
  • Expertise in application performance issue monitoring and resolution.
  • Must have strong communication skills, both oral and written. Including ability to work with all management levels.
  • Ability to share technical knowledge and clearly communicate and present technical concepts.
  • Must have solid team-building skills, and possess a positive attitude.
  • Must have high integrity and accountability, willing to do what it takes to make the team successful.
  • Must have proven ability to manage priorities and timelines.
