Position Description

As the IT Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the efforts to maintain and improve the company's information technology systems, infrastructure, and services. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the reliability, security, and efficiency of our IT operations, as well as driving innovation and technology-driven solutions to support our business objectives.

Responsibilities


  • Under general supervision, help implement the company's IT strategy in alignment with overall business goals and objectives. Stay updated with emerging IT trends and technologies relevant to the medical technology industry.
  • Enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices in compliance with industry regulations and standards, such as HIPAA and FDA requirements. Conduct regular IT audits, risk assessments, and vulnerability testing to identify and address potential security threats or weaknesses. Ensure compliance with data privacy and protection regulations.
  • Under general supervision, manage and implement IT projects, ensuring successful delivery within budget and timelines. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and facilitate smooth project execution. Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and communicate updates to stakeholders.
  • Work with contractors, support, and infrastructure engineers to resolve disruptions to business application services
  • Follow and contribute to documentation for procedural IT Service Desk and IT Operational tasks
  • Assist in the maintenance of IT documentation to enable consistent standards and operating procedures.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft M365, Microsoft Entra, Active Directory, DNS, Network topology, and LAN infrastructure.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems, develop innovative solutions, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+ and CompTIA Network+ are desirable

Compensation


The anticipated hourly rate for this position is $34.00 - $38.00. Individual compensation is determined based on factors such as experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location.


In addition to base salary, eligible employees may participate in incentive compensation programs and receive a comprehensive benefits package.
