Position Summary

S&P Air Control is seeking a dependable and customer-focused IT Technician to provide first-line technical support across a multi-site environment. This role serves as the primary point of contact for end-user issues and is responsible for delivering timely, accurate, and professional technical assistance while ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
The ideal candidate demonstrates strong communication skills, accountability, and a proactive approach to troubleshooting while maintaining a high level of service and user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
