A well-established and highly collaborative hospital environment supported by a team of 14 physicians and 8 advanced practice providers, along with strong leadership including a Medical Director, Associate Medical Director, clinical performance nurses, and a Program Manager.

Opportunity:
Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner position with flexible full-time and part-time scheduling options, offering a high level of autonomy and the opportunity to work within a collaborative, team-oriented hospital medicine program.

Details:

  • Full-time and part-time opportunities available
  • 7-on / 7-off scheduling model with predictable shifts
  • Day shift: 7:00 am – 5:00 pm (average 12 patients per shift)
  • Swing shift: 4:00 pm – 2:00 am (average 7–8 admissions per shift)
  • Highly autonomous role within a supportive team structure
  • No direct ICU coverage (physician support available for medical management when needed)
  • Active participation in codes and rapid response events when applicable
  • Daily team huddles and monthly meetings focused on collaboration and patient experience
  • Utilizes EPIC and internal informatics platforms
  • Minimum 1 year of acute care hospitalist experience preferred
  • Board certification as a Nurse Practitioner required
  • Strong culture of teamwork, professional development, and community involvement

Compensation:

  • $120,000+ depending on shift plus incentives that can add quite a bit to annual earnings - Commencement bonus and relocation
