Position Summary
The Bachelor of Science and the Masters of Science in Nursing Programs in the School of Nursing and Allied Health Professions are seeking applications to build a pool of adjunct instructors for possible future part-time course assignments. The ideal candidate will have experience teaching lecture and laboratory courses, as well as experience in utilizing the virtual environment, such as Canvas LMS, to augment classroom instruction. Preference will be given to candidates who have relevant teaching and practice experience. Application review will begin immediately and continue until all available vacancies have been filled.
One of eight campuses of Indiana University, Indiana University Kokomo, is a comprehensive non-residential campus located 50 miles north of Indianapolis in Kokomo, Indiana, a city with a population of about 57,000. Applicants must be a licensed registered nurse in the State of Indiana, hold an MSN degree awarded by an institution that is accredited by the CNEA, CCNE, or ACEN, and have at least 3 years of practice experience.
