Job description

Job Summary:
Elanco is a global leader in animal health, dedicated to innovation and delivering products and services to improve the lives of animals. The Global Lab Informatics Sr. Associate will lead the deployment of LabVantage across the Elanco QC Network, providing technical leadership and managing project timelines while ensuring compliance with quality frameworks.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the global deployment of LabVantage, managing established timelines, providing routine progress metrics, and acting as the primary technical lead for the QC Network implementation.
• Serve as the key global point of contact for site QC labs, Global Quality, and IT personnel, while representing business requirements in vendor discussions and negotiating project priorities.
• Drive the creation of master data, reports, and dashboards; define and implement business processes to ensure maximum value and effective use of the informatics solution.
• Establish a sustainable support strategy for the long-term lifecycle management of LabVantage, incorporating key learnings and best practices into downstream deployments.
• Ensure all informatics solutions remain in strict compliance with CSQ/CSV requirements and adhere to Elanco’s global quality frameworks, HSE policies, and Code of Conduct.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related scientific discipline.
• Minimum 3 years previous laboratory experience in a regulated environment (FDA, USDA, VMD) with a demonstrated track record in the use or implementation of LabVantage.
• Strong technical leadership in project management.
• Advanced quantitative analytical/problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
• Demonstrated ability to initiate and drive organizational change across a global network.
• Interpersonal savvy with the capacity to build strong relationships with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• A proactive, self-motivated approach to leadership within complex project environments.
