Job Title: Assistant Account Executive

Location: Los Angeles, CA / Remote

Who We Are:

We are the only luxury marketing platform that unites data and performance, content and creativity, experiences and communications within one integrated ecosystem.

About our Strategic Communications Division:

We Engineer Influence.

In the Strategic Communications Division, we are the global partners for brands that define categories. Our expertise is singular: integrated communications for luxury, ultra-luxury, and lifestyle.

Our methodology is Magic + Math. This means every creative idea is rooted in a business strategy, and every narrative is designed to deliver a commercial outcome. We bring a CMO's focus on growth to the art of storytelling, ensuring our work doesn't just make headlines-it moves key performance indicators. We are the driving force behind the measurable growth in our clients' audience, leads, engagement, and revenue.

We don't just tell stories; we build business cases that captivate.

The Opportunity

We are looking for an Assistant Account Executive to join our dynamic team and help shape the future of luxury engagement. This role is crafted for a strategic thinker who believes data should inform creativity-not limit it. You'll be responsible for supporting the execution of our client campaigns through media/influencer relations, client communication and account administration. You'll work alongside passionate strategists, creatives, and data specialists to deliver campaigns that are as effective as they are elegant.

What You'll Do

  • Support the execution of PR campaigns through proactive media and influencer relations, helping secure meaningful coverage that supports client goals.
  • Assist with day-to-day client communications, including media opportunities, status updates, meeting recaps, reporting and more.
  • Research, build, and maintain media and influencer lists, while monitoring industry trends and identifying relevant opportunities for clients.
  • Draft pitches, press releases, fact sheets, reporting materials, and other client-facing communications.
  • Coordinate media visits, interviews, and influencer experiences, managing logistics and supporting materials.
  • Conduct media monitoring, track coverage, and prepare monthly/quarterly reporting.
  • Maintain account organization through trackers, calendars, press kits, and asset management.
  • Collaborate with team members to contribute creative ideas, support agency initiatives, and deliver exceptional client service.

Who You Are

  • A proactive, detail-oriented communicator with a passion for storytelling.
  • Passionate about the hospitality, travel, and lifestyle industries and excited to represent brands that shape experiences and culture.
  • Naturally curious and eager to stay on top of media, consumer, and industry trends.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative, resourceful, and solutions-oriented, with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
  • A strong writer with excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Excited to grow your career in public relations while contributing to a supportive, high-performing team.

Why Interluxe Group?

  • Purposeful Impact: Shape strategies that connect iconic and emerging luxury brands with high-value audiences worldwide.
  • Inspired Culture: A warm, passionate, and intellectually vibrant team where bold thinking and collaboration are celebrated.
  • Growth & Development: Clear pathways for professional growth, mentorship, and learning at the forefront of luxury marketing innovation.
  • Exceptional Benefits: Competitive compensation, comprehensive health and wellness plans, unlimited PTO, and 401(k)

How to Apply

If you're ready to operate where intelligence meets inspiration, please submit your resume and a cover letter that reflects not just your experience, but your perspective on modern luxury marketing. We value clarity, sophistication, and authenticity-let your voice shine through. Include any relevant portfolio links or case studies that showcase your strategic impact.

We appreciate all expressions of interest. Only candidates selected for an interview will be contacted.

Interluxe Group is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We believe diverse perspectives fuel creativity and excellence.
