Job description

About the Role
We're looking for an Influencer & Affiliate Marketing Manager to own and grow two of our highest-leverage earned channels across the Havenly Brands portfolio. This role sits within the Brand team and is responsible for the strategy, execution, and performance of influencer partnerships and affiliate programs across Havenly, Burrow, The Citizenry, Interior Define, The Inside, and St. Frank.
You'll report to the Senior Director of Brand Marketing and work closely with our Influencer Experience Associate, editorial and social teams, and brand leads across the portfolio. This is an individual contributor role with real ownership - you're not coordinating someone else's vision, you're building and running the programs.
What You'll Do
Influencer & Ambassador
  • Manage the end-to-end strategy and execution of influencer marketing and brand ambassador campaigns - from sourcing and briefing through content tracking, analytics, and reporting
  • Build and maintain a tiered roster of macro, mid, and micro influencer partners across Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest, with a strong editorial eye for brand fit across each brand in the portfolio
  • Own and nurture relationships with influencer and ambassador partners; develop always-on ambassador structures for Interior Define, The Citizenry, and The Expert
  • Negotiate favorable pricing and contract terms with talent, brand partners, and vendors
  • Project-manage influencer campaigns cross-functionally to ensure timely gifting, payments, and VIP activations based on scope of partnership
  • Work with PR to ensure optimal influencer posting cadence and maximize earned media value
  • Collaborate with growth leads to amplify influencer content across paid and organic channels on a recurring basis
  • Work closely with the in-house content team to align influencer and social strategy with the broader content plan
  • Conduct regular influencer strategy meetings to drive alignment on new partnerships, share progress against goals, and maximize program value
  • Identify, scope, and manage paid brand partnership opportunities
  • Unlock synergies across the Havenly portfolio and lead multi-brand influencer marketing where relevant
  • Own the influencer sourcing and tracking platform (I.e. Sprout Social); partner closely with the vendor to fully leverage tools
  • Report on campaign performance and proactively make recommendations to improve ROI

Affiliate
  • Own the affiliate program end-to-end: platform management, partner recruitment, commission structure, creative assets, and performance optimization
  • Identify and activate content creators, publishers, and review/comparison sites that drive qualified traffic and incremental revenue
  • Work cross-functionally with data team teams to ensure attribution integrity and accurate reporting

Measurement & Reporting
  • Build and maintain a consistent reporting cadence across both channels - reach, EMV, clicks, conversions, revenue, and ROAS where applicable
  • Contribute influencer and affiliate performance data to the broader brand demand dashboard
  • Bring a clear POV on what's working, what's not, and where to invest next

What We're Looking For
  • 4-6 years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or a combined channel role - ideally within DTC, home, or lifestyle
  • Already using AI tools and actively curious about how to apply them more - you're not waiting to be told how AI fits into your workflow, you're already testing, iterating, and finding ways to move faster and perform better
  • Hands-on experience with influencer tools (Sprout, Dash, or similar) and affiliate platforms (Impact, ShareASale, or similar)
  • Strong editorial judgment - you can tell immediately whether a creator is right for The Citizenry vs. Burrow vs. Interior Define
  • Confident with data: you pull your own reports, interpret performance clearly, and can make a case for budget with numbers behind it
  • Exceptional relationship management and communication skills - with partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders
  • A collaborator and a doer: you can dream up what's next while executing what's in front of you, and you hold both without dropping either
  • Proactive and self-directed - you identify opportunities before they're handed to you and move on them
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and partners across brands simultaneously
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment; low tolerance for performative process
  • Curious and growth-minded - interested in emerging tools, evolving platform dynamics, and how your work connects to the broader organization

Compensation & Benefits
Full-time, exempt role based in our New York office. Travel may be required for press events, brand activations, and cross-brand initiatives.
Salary range: $80,000-$110,000 commensurate with experience
Benefits include: competitive compensation, generous PTO, volunteer days off, health benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability), 401(k), paid parental leave, design services, furniture discounts, and anniversary merchandise credits.

Our employment decisions are made without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, age, sex, marital status, ancestry, physical or mental disability, veteran status, gender identity, sexual orientation, or any other legally protected status.
