Job Description
Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and recruit new publishers to join our Affiliate Network.
  • Work with existing advertisers and affiliate network partners.
  • Assist publishers with offer setup, reporting, tracking, and general support.
  • Provide publishers with continual performance feedback and assist with campaign optimization.
  • Uphold quality and compliance standards.
  • Analyze data such ad ROI, EPC, customer acquisition cost, media spend, and leverage findings to optimize publisher campaigns.
  • Maintain constant communications with our operations, accounting, and technology teams to ensure that partner needs are taken care of promptly.
  • Explore new business opportunities, particularly new potential offers to add to our network.
  • Write general ad-copy for publishers to use in promotional content as well as newsletters and fill out design briefs to build asset packages.

Qualifications
  • Experience preferred in Affiliate Marketing (not required).
  • Strong understanding of the online marketing landscape.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Knowledgeable about current marketing trends and advertising tactics.
  • Proven ability to motivate publishers to test offers and the finesse to turn those tests into profitable, long term relationships.
  • Must be proficient in Excel.
