• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to identify their mental health concerns effectively. Collaboratively develop tailored treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based modalities.
• Provide individual therapy sessions utilizing established therapeutic methods to facilitate growth and healing while adapting approaches based on specific client needs.
• Work closely with clients to establish therapeutic goals and continuously track their progress, creating a dynamic treatment environment that encourages feedback and adjustment.
• Utilize teletherapy platforms to deliver remote counseling services, catering to those who prefer virtual sessions or have mobility issues.
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of each client interaction, ensuring compliance with ethical guidelines and regulatory standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, including workshops and training sessions to refine your skills and keep up with advancements in mental health treatment.

Our clinical focus includes a diverse population of clients ranging from adolescents to adults dealing with various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and personal growth challenges. You will have the opportunity to work with individuals from various backgrounds, enabling you to broaden your therapeutic expertise and cultural competence.

• A valid and current license to practice in Washington State as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s degree or doctorate in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building meaningful therapeutic relationships with clients.
• A strong sense of empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach to client care is crucial.
• Effective organizational and time-management skills to handle caseloads and administrative duties efficiently.

• Experience in telehealth or remote counseling environments is a plus, as it enables familiarity with digital platforms used for therapy sessions.
• Demonstrated proficiency in evidence-based treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or others relevant to treating your client demographics.
• A background in working with varied client populations, enhancing clinical versatility and adaptability in treatment styles.
