As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Infinity Wellness Center, you will operate within a flexible and modern work setting that prioritizes the well-being of both employees and clients. • Conduct initial assessments to understand clients' mental health conditions, and create customized treatment plans to meet their specific needs and goals.
• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate effective individual therapy sessions.
• Work closely with clients to establish clear therapeutic objectives and continuously evaluate their progress throughout the treatment journey.
• Provide teletherapy sessions to clients who prefer virtual support or face accessibility challenges, ensuring that quality care is always available.
• Maintain comprehensive and organized documentation in accordance with ethical regulations and standards, demonstrating accountability and professionalism in your practice.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, participating in workshops and training sessions to refine your clinical skills and adapt to new trends in therapy.

As a counselor, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through their healing journeys, fostering resilience and self-discovery.

• A current and valid license to practice in New Jersey as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients is essential.
• Display empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude toward clients, fostering a safe therapeutic environment.
• Demonstrated organizational and time-management abilities to effectively manage caseload and meet administrative deadlines.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting providing therapy to clients with varying degrees of mental health issues, including trauma and stress-related disorders.
• Experience in teletherapy, particularly with individuals from underserved or diverse backgrounds.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and client management.
