Key Responsibilities

• Engage proactively with clients both in the community and via virtual platforms, conducting assessments and providing therapeutic interventions for those experiencing mental health challenges.
• Establish and maintain trusting therapeutic relationships with clients and collaborate effectively with team members to advance collective goals.
• Implement and monitor integrated care plans that facilitate effective communication among clients, families, and healthcare providers.
• Conduct brief, evidence-based screenings and arrange for further assessments as necessary to tailor treatment approaches.
• Deliver various prevention, treatment, and recovery services with a focus on empowerment and choice, ensuring all client needs are addressed.
• Carry a manageable caseload, providing individualized therapy, group sessions, and family counseling as required.
• Be available for crisis intervention, employing therapeutic methods to assist clients in immediate distress.
• Complete necessary documentation and reporting in a timely manner to ensure compliance with organizational standards.
• Participate in internal committees focused on enhancing service delivery and quality improvements across the organization.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or a related field is required.

• Demonstrated ability to foster collaborative relationships in a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Excellent communication skills, including active listening and the ability to express complex ideas clearly.

Preferred Experience

• Familiarity with evidence-based practices in mental health treatment.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
