This role is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to provide services from the comfort of your own home while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. You will engage with clients through secure telehealth platforms, ensuring a reliable and confidential setting for all therapy sessions. Despite the virtual format, you will be part of a closely-knit team, participating in regular meetings to foster teamwork and share insights.

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' mental health concerns and collaboratively develop individualized treatment plans that promote growth and recovery.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other relevant techniques tailored to meet each client’s specific needs.
• Establish and monitor therapeutic goals in partnership with clients, documenting their progress and making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
• Deliver teletherapy effectively while ensuring adherence to ethical and regulatory standards, thereby maintaining accurate documentation and secure records for all clients.
• Participate in ongoing professional development through training, workshops, and peer consultations to refine clinical skills and stay updated with the latest practices in mental health care.
• Engage in effective communication with clients, focusing on building a trusting therapeutic alliance that fosters vulnerability and growth.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Infinity Wellness Center, you will work with a diverse client population facing a range of challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Your ability to empathize and connect with clients will be pivotal in aiding their journey towards healing and self-discovery. Our flexible service model encourages inclusivity, catering to clients who prefer virtual therapy sessions due to geographical or physical constraints.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) in the state of Washington.
• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to develop rapport and trust with clients.
• Demonstrated empathy and compassion, offering a non-judgmental space for clients to express their thoughts and feelings.
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills to efficiently manage caseload and administrative responsibilities.

• Previous experience providing therapy in a remote setting is preferred, along with familiarity with telehealth platforms.
• Experience with specific therapeutic modalities, particularly CBT and DBT, will be considered a strong asset.
• Background in working with a diverse clientele, understanding cultural sensitivities in mental health treatment.
