• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health to formulate personalized treatment plans that prioritize their unique challenges and goals.
• Utilize effective therapeutic modalities tailored to each client's needs, delivering one-on-one therapy sessions that encourage personal growth and emotional wellness.
• Collaboratively establish therapeutic goals with clients and provide regular progress updates to ensure alignment and ongoing engagement in the treatment process.

At Infinity Wellness Center, you will work primarily with adults experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and relationship issues. Many clients are navigating stressful life transitions or seeking tools to manage daily anxiety and stress. Your role is pivotal in providing a safe, empathetic space that encourages clients to share and explore their feelings, ultimately fostering their journey toward mental well-being.

• A valid license to practice in Washington state as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating the development of a safe and trusting therapeutic alliance with clients of diverse backgrounds.
• Proficiency in employing empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude to help clients navigate their unique challenges.
• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities that ensure effective case management and prompt adherence to administrative tasks.

• Experience working with diverse populations, including marginalized groups, can greatly benefit your practice.
• Familiarity with teletherapy tools and technologies is highly desirable, enabling smooth delivery of remote sessions.
• A background in using evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care.
