Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand the mental health challenges faced by clients and develop individualized treatment plans accordingly.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques to address clients’ unique needs.
• Establish therapeutic goals in collaboration with each client, and regularly evaluate their progress to adjust treatment strategies as necessary.
• Provide virtual therapy sessions, ensuring that clients receive uninterrupted support regardless of their location.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans in accordance with ethical guidelines and regulatory standards.
• Participate in ongoing professional development by attending workshops, webinars, and peer consultations to remain informed about new practices and research in mental health.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
