Job description

Job Overview:

Infinity Replacement by Marvin is seeking a Master Installer to serve as the technical expert and leader on our installation team. Infinity Replacement is Marvin’s dedicated replacement window and door business, bringing a legacy of premium craftsmanship directly to homeowners. Through a direct‑to‑consumer model, we install industry‑leading fiberglass window and door products backed by thoughtful design, expert installation, and long‑term performance.

This role is ideal for a highly skilled installer with extensive experience in custom window and door installations who takes pride in exceptional workmanship and mentoring others. As a Master Installer, you'll handle our most complex projects, serve as a field subject matter expert, help establish installation best practices, and provide coaching and technical guidance to Lead Installers and newer team members.

If you're looking for an opportunity to work on premium products, tackle challenging installations, share your expertise, and help elevate the craftsmanship of an entire team, Infinity offers stable year-round work, professional jobsites, and a company that truly values your trade.

Why Experienced Installers Choose Infinity

  • Premium Products – Install high‑quality Infinity fiberglass windows and doors, not builder‑grade replacements
  • Consistent, Year‑Round Work – No seasonal gaps or scrambling for jobs
  • Professional Jobsites – Pre‑planned installs, organized materials, and strong operational support
  • Respect for Craftsmanship – We value precision, trim quality, capping, and clean finishes
  • Growth & Leadership Opportunities – Lead roles, mentoring, and long‑term career paths available

Ready to Work on Better Jobs With a Team That Gets It? If you’re an experienced window and door installer looking for stability, quality installs, and a company that respects your skills, we’d love to talk.

Highlights of your role:
  • Serve as the highest-level technical installation expert, leading the most complex and challenging window and door installation projects.
  • Perform residential window and door installations to Marvin's quality and craftsmanship standards.
  • Act as a field subject matter expert, providing technical guidance and troubleshooting support for installation teams.
  • Train, coach, and mentor Lead Installers and newer installers to elevate installation quality and consistency.
  • Develop and promote installation best practices across the market.
  • Complete removal, installation, trim, capping, sealing, and final fit-and-finish work with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Identify and resolve jobsite challenges while ensuring projects remain on schedule and meet quality expectations.
  • Communicate professionally with homeowners, project managers, and internal teams throughout the installation process.
  • Complete post-installation service work, adjustments, and punch-list items as needed.
  • Maintain accurate jobsite documentation, photos, and quality records.
  • Promote a safe, clean, and professional jobsite while modeling best practices for the installation team.
You’re a good fit if you have (or if you can):
  • 8-12+ years of window and door installation experience, including custom projects
  • Expert carpentry, trim, capping, flashing, and finishing skills
  • Experience mentoring installers and leading complex installations
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
  • Professional communication and customer service skills
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate (Medical Card)
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work safely on jobsites
  • A commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction
  • Trade certifications are a plus, but hands-on experience matters most
