Infinite Solutions Behavioral Services, LLC is seeking a dedicated and fully licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. This role will involve providing high-quality telehealth services to a diverse population of clients. The Therapist will be responsible for conducting thorough diagnostic assessments, crafting individualized treatment plans, and delivering outpatient therapy across various age groups, including children, adolescents, and adults. This remote position allows you to practice from the comfort of your home while still engaging meaningfully with clients through telehealth platforms. You'll utilize advanced video conferencing software and digital tools to conduct therapy sessions, assessments, and coordination of care, ensuring all client interactions are seamless and professional.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic treatment tailored to the unique needs of each client, using a variety of modalities.
• Execute comprehensive mental health assessments and intakes, establishing a thorough understanding of client needs and challenges.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions via telehealth, ensuring all interactions are documented promptly and accurately.
• Coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team, ensuring that clients receive holistic support that addresses their diverse needs.
• Maintain compliance with Federal, State, and organizational documentation standards, ensuring that client records are handled with the utmost confidentiality.

You will engage with a broad client base, ranging from children and teenagers to adults and seniors, addressing various mental health challenges and life transitions. Your work will directly contribute to improving client health outcomes by providing therapeutic interventions that empower them towards self-sufficiency and well-being. The diversity of our client population invites creative and adaptive strategies in therapy, making each day rewarding and impactful.

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required, along with an active California license (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT).
• A minimum of three years of experience in therapy within an outpatient setting, demonstrating proficiency in crisis counseling and diverse therapeutic approaches.
• Strong comfort and skills in utilizing computer technology and video-conferencing tools for effective telehealth service delivery, with previous telemedicine experience preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills to ensure effective interaction with clients, stakeholders, and peers.

• Proficiency in various therapeutic modalities and treatment planning, particularly for children, adolescents, and families.
• Experience working in a community health setting, understanding the barriers to treatment that clients might face.

This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $120,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
