Project Manager Advisory
Fulltime /W2- Infinite Computer Solutions
Onsite Role
Locations: Alpharetta, GA / Berkley Heights, NJ/ Frisco, TX
Role Summary
Project Manager responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering large-scale, complex, high-risk/high-budget projects across multiple business units or functional areas. The role requires strong stakeholder management, project governance, risk/issue management, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope/budget, and against defined success criteria.
  • Define project scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and project management approach.
  • Establish and maintain project governance, including roles, responsibilities, decision rights, escalation paths, and change control.
  • Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, assumptions, and changes throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage projects in a matrix environment.
  • Partner with business stakeholders, clients, vendors, and third parties to maintain alignment and resolve dependencies.
  • Provide regular project status updates, reporting, and decision-making information to leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Identify project impacts and proactively address risks or issues to maintain project integrity and successful outcomes.
  • Lead project kickoff, communication, governance, and ongoing stakeholder engagement activities.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor s degree in Business or equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years of project management and/or relevant consulting experience.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale, complex projects.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with project management methodologies and project lifecycles.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management, leadership, communication, problem-solving, accountability, and business acumen.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred / Industry Experience
  • Banking or Financial Services experience strongly preferred.
  • Software/technology industry experience is a plus.
  • PMP certification preferred.
  • Experience with project management tools.
