About the role:
We are seeking a Security Concierge/Lead to serve as the welcoming face and authoritative security presence at one of our premier client locations. This role combines the responsibilities of a security professional, a brand representative, and a commanding presence that ensures both safety and confidence from the moment guests arrive. A polished and highly observant individual who sets the tone through professionalism, vigilance, and a strong security mindset.
The Security Concierge/Lead reports to the Retail Supervisor and is responsible for maintaining a visible deterrent to potential risks while delivering a seamless, luxury guest experience. This position requires the ability to balance hospitality with assertiveness, demonstrating control, awareness, and sound judgment in all situations. The ideal candidate is poised and confident, with a strong security command presence. They can uphold a refined brand image while proactively managing safety concerns, de-escalating situations when necessary, and maintaining a secure, well-controlled environment.
In this role, your responsibilities will be:
  • Greet and engage guests with professionalism, courtesy, and a sense of presence.
  • Maintain a polished appearance and professional demeanor that reflect the brand and uphold the client's image.
  • Provide a visible and confident presence at entry points-offering both security and an enhanced guest experience.
  • Control and monitor access to ensure only authorized individuals enter.
  • De-escalate situations with composure and discretion, always protecting the client's brand reputation.
  • Collaborate with store leadership and SIS security teams to ensure the highest level of safety and service.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

As a candidate you must have:
  • High school diploma (or GED)
  • Must complete and maintain state Guard Certification as prescribed by presiding state law, as well as all client requested certifications
  • Interpersonal skills and a professional attitude
  • Prior experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or security
  • Uniform attire and grooming standards must be maintained while in uniform
