What You Will Do:

  • Overall financial cost structure
  • Security and control of plant assets
  • Financial statement and balance sheet integrity and accuracy
  • Capital planning, SOX, internal controls
  • Development and training of the Finance team, ensuring the Finance Team will have a comprehensive understanding of technical and leadership skills​​
  • Responsible for Losses deployment

What You Will Learn:

  • ​ How to lead and guide the financial performance of a manufacturing facility
  • Development of future finance leaders
  • Cross functional understanding of the business enterprise
  • The overall financial cycle of manufacturing operation (i.e. perimeter cost)
