In this role, youโ€™ll lead industrial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, typically ranging from $10Mโ€“$20M, while working sideโ€‘byโ€‘side with Superintendents and field teams on site. Youโ€™ll own planning, schedules, budgets, and client communication, using modern construction technology to drive smart decisions and keep projects on track. Youโ€™ll also partner closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to deliver highโ€‘quality work youโ€™re proud of. This is a great opportunity for a project leader who values teamwork, accountability, and seeing their impact firsthandโ€”every day, in the field.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $112,500 to $148,753 annually. This information reflects the anticipated base salary for this position based on current market data.   • 5+ years of construction experience , ideally with industrial projects that demand strong coordination and execution.
  • Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, and project financials with confidence and accountability.
  • Strong knowledge of construction means and methods and how they translate from plan to field.
  • Comfort balancing time in the field and in project systems , using technology to support smart decisionโ€‘making.
  • Clear, effective communicator who can collaborate with craft professionals, project leadership, and clients.
  • Strong Excel skills and technology aptitude to support forecasting, reporting, and project controls.
Nice to Have
  • Experience in industrial sectors such as food & beverage, manufacturing, oil & gas, data centers, metals, or heavy industrial construction.
  • Background transitioning from field leadership into project management or estimating.
  • Exposure to union environments or coordination with industrial subcontractors.
  • Prior experience leading project teams or mentoring direct reports.
