As an Industrial Construction Project Manager II, you'll manage multiple construction projects of medium to large complexity, with medium to large budgets.

What is the work?
Project Management:
- Manages multiple, concurrent projects of medium complexity with medium to large budgets
- Manages all aspects of project development / closeout with the Manufacturing, Warehouse, & Transportation divisions, H-E-B business units, governing agencies, and vendors
- Develops project scope, budget, and schedule with appropriate internal customer
- Prepares request for proposal (RFP) for medium complexity projects
- Assists in preparation of project-specific unique Design-Build construction contracts for certain projects
- Coordinates / conducts project inspections during construction; reports on project status
- Ensures project cost control with a focus on cost reduction; assists in producing cost estimates and preliminary budgets
- Manages bid process for all projects
- Manages project scheduling and compliance
- Facilitates change management process
What is your background?
- A related degree or comparable formal training, certification, or work experience
- 8+ years of construction management, or related experience
- PMP certification (preferred)
