Vanguard Industrial Group is seeking experienced Industrial Electricians to support a large-scale data center construction project in Monroe, Louisiana. This is an early-stage build with a projected duration of 12 years, offering long-term stability and consistent hours.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and bend rigid conduit according to project specifications.

  • Install and support cable tray systems for industrial electrical distribution.

  • Perform control wiring and electrical terminations.

  • Work with and assist in installing Motor Control Centers (MCCs).

  • Install, maintain, and support industrial electrical systems.

  • Read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.

  • Maintain compliance with OSHA and site-specific safety standards.

  • Collaborate with supervisors and field crews to meet project timelines.

  • Perform general industrial electrical installation tasks as required.

  • Maintain organized, safe, and efficient work areas on the job site.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 6+ years of industrial electrical experience required.

  • Journeyman-level industrial electrical knowledge and field experience.

  • Journeyman license not required.

  • Strong experience with rigid conduit bending.

  • Experience installing cable tray systems and performing terminations.

  • Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints and schematics.

  • Experience working with Motor Control Centers (MCCs) preferred.

  • OSHA 10 Certification required (completed within the last 5 years).

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial construction environment.

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates strongly preferred to support job site communication.

  • Reliable transportation to the project site.
