Key Responsibilities

  • Assist engineers with projects related to process improvement, equipment optimization, and documentation
  • Collect and analyze data to support engineering initiatives and operational decisions
  • Support troubleshooting efforts for equipment, processes, or quality issues
  • Update and maintain engineering documentation, work instructions, and SOPs
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, or similar)
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Operations, Quality, and Maintenance
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support site and team objectives
  • Qualifications

    • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Chemical, or related field)
    • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
    • Ability to work effectively in a team and take direction from multiple stakeholders
    • Strong communication and organizational skills

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Prior internship or co‑op experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment
    • Familiarity with Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement concepts
