Location: 2210 Chapman Rd, Chattanooga, TN 37421

Compensation: $30+ per hour (Commensurate with experience)

Adams Lithographing Company is seeking an experienced HP Indigo Press Operator to join our production team in Chattanooga. This full-time role focuses on high-quality digital printing and equipment maintenance to deliver premium print products for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Operate the 12k HP Indigo digital press with precision and efficiency
  • Perform routine and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal press performance
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly to minimize downtime
  • Manage color calibration for consistent, accurate color output
  • Conduct quality control checks to maintain production standards
  • Monitor workflow processes to optimize productivity
  • Handle inventory related to press operation and maintenance supplies

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in digital press operation
  • Technical certificate in printing technology or related field
  • HP Indigo Press Operator Certification
  • Expertise in HP Indigo 12k operation and color calibration
  • Strong troubleshooting and preventative maintenance skills
  • Knowledge of quality assurance and workflow management
