We're looking for an experienced, motivated Parts Manager to lead our Parts Department, support our Service Team, and deliver an exceptional customer experience while driving departmental growth.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the daily operations of the Parts Department.

  • Maintain accurate inventory levels through forecasting, ordering, receiving, and cycle counts.

  • Develop and execute inventory strategies that maximize turns while minimizing obsolete inventory.

  • Work closely with the Service Department to ensure technicians receive parts quickly and accurately.

  • Manage vendor relationships and manufacturer ordering programs.

  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop Parts Department staff.

  • Create an outstanding customer experience for both retail and wholesale customers.

  • Monitor department performance, sales, gross profit, and key performance indicators.

  • Merchandise the showroom with accessories, riding gear, and seasonal displays.

  • Ensure warranty parts, returns, and cores are processed accurately and on time.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient parts warehouse and retail area.

  • Utilize dealership management software and manufacturer systems efficiently.

Qualifications
  • Previous dealership Parts Manager or Assistant Parts Manager experience preferred.

  • Automotive or powersports dealership experience strongly preferred.

  • Strong understanding of OEM parts catalogs and inventory management.

  • Experience with dealership management systems such as Lightspeed, CDK, or similar platforms is a plus.

  • Proven leadership and team development skills.

  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities.

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
