Job description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Analyst to design, develop, and maintain solutions within the Oracle Fusion HCM environment. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in HCM modules and hands-on experience with integrations, fast formulas, and data migration. This role will collaborate closely with functional teams, business stakeholders, and IT leadership to deliver scalable and efficient HCM solutions.

Requirements
  • 4–8 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM development and support.
  • Functional; HCM- Payroll, Time & Labor, Fast Formulas
  • Proficiency in HCM Extracts, Fast Formula, OTBI, BI Publisher, HDL, and OIC.
  • Experience with HCM REST and SOAP web services integration patterns.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud security roles and HCM data model architecture.
  • Expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, and familiarity with XML, XSLT, and JSON.
  • Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience with VBCS preferred
