Description
Devereux has an exciting opportunity to become a CBHA Assessor with our Volusia program!
This is an Independent Contractor position.
** Must be licensed in the state of Florida**
Devereux - Florida is currently looking for CBHA (Comprehensive Behavioral Health Assessment) Assessors to assist with our Volusia Outpatient program. This contract role will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments on children removed from their homes due to abuse, neglect and/or abandonment.
Salary: Compensated at a rate of $35.00 per hour, with a maximum billing of 20 hours per CBHA
Qualifications
Education and Licensure:
  • Education: Master's Degree in the field of counseling, social work, or psychology. required
  • Licensed Clinician (LCSW/LMHC/LMFT) in the state of Florida. required
  • Experience: 2 years' experience full-time working directly with children and families who are victims of physical abuse, sexual abuse, neglect, or youth who have been adjudicated delinquent and committed and are emotionally disturbed.
  • Must have Florida Medicaid number or in process of obtaining Florida Medicaid number.

Other Requirements:
  • Valid FL State Issued Driver's license
  • Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
  • Successfully pass pre-employment medical screenings which include: Drug Screen and TB Test.
