We are seeking a highly analytical, strategic‑minded individual to join as a Strategic Analyst. You will conduct in‑depth analysis, generate insights, and provide strategic recommendations to drive business growth and enhance operational efficiency. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify opportunities, develop strategies, and support decision‑making processes.

Reports to: VP of Finance and Accounting
Location: Chicago, Illinois

Responsibilities
  • Understand business requirements and goals.
  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of market trends, industry landscapes, and competitive dynamics.
  • Utilize quantitative and qualitative methods to analyze financial statements, market research, and internal metrics.
  • Communicate insights to the team in an actionable manner.
  • Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses.
  • Build predictive models and machine‑learning algorithms.
  • Monitor and evaluate the implementation of strategic initiatives, track performance metrics, and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Generate actionable insights and strategic recommendations based on data‑driven analysis.

Desired Skills & Qualifications
  • 2–3 years of experience in strategic analysis, business intelligence, management consulting, or related field.

  • Strategic thinking and problem‑solving abilities focused on business impact and innovation.
