What is an independent contractor Facebook Ads specialist?

Independent Contractor Facebook Ads specialists are professionals who manage and optimize Facebook advertising campaigns for clients on a freelance or contract basis, rather than as full-time employees. They are responsible for creating, launching, and monitoring ads, analyzing performance data, and adjusting strategies to help businesses achieve their marketing goals. These contractors often work with multiple clients, offering expertise in targeting, budgeting, and creative ad development to maximize return on investment.

What are some common challenges faced by independent contractors managing Facebook Ads, and how can they be addressed?

Independent contractors managing Facebook Ads often face challenges such as keeping up with frequent platform updates, managing multiple client accounts efficiently, and demonstrating clear return on ad spend. Staying current with Facebook's algorithm changes and policies is crucial, as is using tools like Facebook Business Manager to organize campaigns across clients. Regular communication with clients and setting clear expectations around reporting and performance metrics can help build trust and showcase the value of your services.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as an independent contractor Facebook Ads specialist, and why are they important?

To thrive as an Independent Contractor Facebook Ads Specialist, you need in-depth knowledge of digital marketing principles, audience targeting, and ad campaign optimization, often supported by experience or certifications in Facebook Blueprint or similar programs. Familiarity with Facebook Ads Manager, analytics tools, and tracking pixels is crucial for effective campaign management and performance analysis. Strong analytical thinking, creativity, and excellent client communication skills help you craft compelling ads and build lasting client relationships. These skills ensure you deliver measurable results, adapt to evolving strategies, and maintain client satisfaction in a competitive digital landscape.

Job description

Real Estate Agent โ€“ Growth Accelerator Community

Keller Williams Realty Robbinsville, New Jersey, United States

About this position

Your office is quiet. You show up, you do a few deals, and you leaveโ€”mostly in silence. No one's pushing you, no one's asking about your pipeline, and no one seems to believe you could be doing 20, 30, or 40 deals a year. That silence is costing you six figures every year. What if you moved to a place where the entire culture is built around pushing you to grow?

Why Join Keller Williams Realty Cherry Hill?

75+ Agent Energy & Peer Push: You'll attend monthly sales meetings drawing 75+ agents in one room, plus weekly roundtables where top producers share their exact tactics. This collective energy is contagiousโ€”you'll be pushed to compete, collaborate, and grow simply by showing up.

Structured Growth Framework: Our Breakthrough120 program gives you a clear roadmap for the first 120 days of scaling: 5 core business levers, scripted prospecting (warm referrals, Zillow leads, Facebook ads, expired listings, FSBOs), buyer/seller consultation templates, and follow-up protocols. No guessing, no reinventing the wheel.

Lead Generation & Technology Stack: Access integrated lead sources (Zillow, Facebook ads, warm referral distribution, expired listings) through Brokerkit CRM, plus built-in dialers and automated activity tracking. Your pipeline builds itself while you focus on closing.

Weekly Coaching & Accountability: Your coach will meet with you weekly, review your activity and pipeline, and hold you to measurable goals. This accountability transforms intention into action faster than solo grinding ever will.

Operational Support Built In: Our Brokerkit CRM, built-in dialers, and in-house Transaction Coordinator remove friction so you can stay focused on high-leverage activities. Our culture celebrates the agent who closes 40 deals, not the one working the hardest hours.

Your potential is not the question. Your environment is. Surround yourself with agents who are actively growing, coaches who believe in your ceiling, and systems built for scale.

About Keller Williams Realty Cherry Hill

Keller Williams Realty Cherry Hill is a multi-office South Jersey market center with $720M+ in annual volume and a proven track record of taking 5โ€“10 deal agents to 20, 30, and 50 deal producers through structured coaching and peer-driven culture. We exist to build agents, not just fill desks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Commission pay ($60,000 โ€“ $150,000+ annually)

Benefits: Flexible schedule, weekly coaching

Supplemental Pay: Commission pay, Profit Share

Work Location: Camden, Burlington, Mercer & Ocean Counties in NJ โ€” we also accept Philadelphia metro area

Equal Opportunity Employer: Keller Williams Realty Cherry Hill is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or any other characteristic protected by law.

Regulatory Notice: Real estate agents are independent contractors. A state real estate license is required to perform the duties of this position.

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

Hungry for Breakthrough: You're producing but undershooting your potential, and you know it. You're not burned outโ€”you're frustrated by stagnation and eager to access the systems that unlock the next level.

Coachable Mindset: You're open to feedback, willing to follow proven scripts and processes, and understand that leverage (systems + coaching) beats hustle.

Community Player: You thrive in group energy and understand that peer accountability and shared tactics accelerate growth faster than isolation.

Core Responsibilities

Daily Prospecting Activity: Execute consistent outbound prospecting (warm referrals, Zillow leads, Facebook ads, expired listings, FSBOs) using our scripts and Brokerkit CRM tracking to build and qualify pipeline.

Client Consultation Excellence: Conduct professional buyer consultations and seller listing appointments, documented in your CRM, moving prospects through qualification to representation.

Lead Source Optimization: Work with your coach to systematize and scale your most productive lead channels (Zillow, Facebook, warm referrals, expired listings) into repeatable revenue streams.

Coaching Participation: Attend weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, implement feedback, and report activity to stay aligned with your quarterly growth targets.

Community Leadership: Participate in monthly sales meetings and roundtables, and as your production grows, mentor newer agents and share your systems with peers.
