Instead of being a traditional employee, they work as freelancers, often setting their own schedules and handling business expenses. What is the typical work schedule like for an independent contractor call center agent?

As an Independent Contractor Call Center Agent, your work schedule is usually flexible and can vary based on the needs of the client or your availability.
