What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as an Inclusion Manager, and why are they important?

To thrive as an Inclusion Manager, you need a solid understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) principles, often supported by a relevant degree and experience in human resources or organizational development. Familiarity with DEI assessment tools, HR information systems, and certifications like SHRM or DEI-specific credentials are typically valuable. Exceptional communication, cultural awareness, and leadership skills help in advocating for inclusive practices and engaging diverse stakeholders. These competencies are crucial for fostering inclusive workplace cultures and driving sustainable organizational change.

How does an Inclusion Manager typically collaborate with other departments to promote diversity and inclusion?

An Inclusion Manager often works closely with HR, leadership teams, and employee resource groups to develop and implement inclusion strategies across the organization. This collaboration might involve conducting training sessions, reviewing hiring practices, and advising on inclusive policies. Effective communication and relationship-building skills are essential, as Inclusion Managers need to align department goals with overall diversity objectives. By fostering partnerships, they help ensure that inclusion is integrated into everyday practices and decision-making.

Ledcor Technical Services is undergoing rapid growth, and we are seeking Senior Project Managers with the leadership experience and technical expertise to oversee and deliver complex, highimpact telecom infrastructure projects.
As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful execution of major initiatives-including fiber optic deployments, wireless infrastructure builds, and largescale network upgrades. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within scope and budget, and in alignment with the industry's highest quality and safety standards. Join our True-Blue team and help lead the development of the networks of tomorrow.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Champion and uphold Ledcor's safety-first culture, ensuring all safety and environmental standards are met or exceeded on telecom construction sites

  • Lead the planning and execution of large-scale telecommunications projects, including fiber deployments, small cell installations, and wireless tower builds

  • Manage risk management, permitting, and client communications throughout the project lifecycle

  • Lead the identification and pursuit of new telecom project opportunities

  • Oversee the project scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation using industry-standard tools and methodologies

  • Lead the implementation of the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and ensure compliance with telecom construction standards and specifications

  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services

  • Negotiate contract execution and change order management

  • Help establish and manage project systems, including cost tracking, reporting, and documentation

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of telecom or utility construction project management experience, with a proven track record of leading large, complex infrastructure builds

  • Education in Construction Management, Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field (bachelor's degree preferred; diploma or technical training accepted)

  • Strong understanding of telecom construction methods, permitting processes, and industry standards (e.g., NESC, NEC, local codes)

  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage subcontractors, and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders

  • Experience with contract negotiation, cost control, and scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar) is a plus

Working Conditions:

  • Travel up to 30% of the time across the United States and to our hub in Florence, KY
