Key Responsibilities

  • Project Leadership
    • Plan, organize, and manage hardscape projects from start to finish.
    • Supervise and guide crew members to ensure efficient completion of tasks.
    • Ensure adherence to project specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Installation Expertise
    • Read and interpret blueprints, site plans, and project designs.
    • Operate and oversee the use of equipment such as skid steers, compactors, and saws.
    • Install hardscape features, including pavers, retaining walls, and drainage systems, with precision and attention to detail.
  • Safety & Compliance
    • Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing company safety protocols.
    • Conduct routine inspections of tools, equipment, and job sites for safety compliance.
  • Team Management
    • Train and mentor crew members in hardscape techniques and safe work practices.
    • Assign tasks based on team members skills and project requirements.
    • Monitor crew performance and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Client Interaction
    • Communicate with clients to address questions, concerns, and project updates.
    • Represent the company professionally at all times.
  • Administrative Duties
