Job Title: Part-Time On-Call Driver

Location:  York, PA

Job Summary

Inch & Co. is seeking a reliable, flexible Part-Time On-Call Driver to operate our black car service-style van for client trips around Pennsylvania. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on flexibility rather than a set schedule — trips can come up spur-of-the-moment, and some will require overnight travel. If you're dependable, professional, and comfortable being on standby for calls that don't follow a 9-to-5 rhythm, we'd like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide safe, professional, and punctual transportation for clients in a black car service-style van
  • Respond to on-call requests, including short-notice and same-day trip assignments
  • Travel to destinations throughout Pennsylvania, including overnight trips as needed
  • Maintain a clean, well-presented vehicle at all times
  • Communicate clearly with management regarding availability and trip status
  • Ensure passenger comfort and safety throughout each trip
  • Follow all traffic laws and company driving policies
  • Handle basic vehicle upkeep (fueling, cleanliness, reporting maintenance issues)
  • Maintain a professional, courteous demeanor with clients at all times

Qualifications

Required:

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and short-notice/overnight trips
  • Comfortable driving a van-sized vehicle
  • Strong communication and reliability — this role depends on being reachable and responsive when called
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to travel throughout Pennsylvania as needed

Preferred:

  • Prior experience in chauffeur, black car, livery, or professional driving services
  • Familiarity with PA roadways and travel routes
