We are seeking a results-drivenProperty Managerto oversee a portfolio of residential and/or mixed-use properties. This roleis responsible forthefinancial performance, operations, tenant experience, and overall asset valueof assigned properties.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple properties simultaneously while delivering strong occupancy, retention, and operational efficiency.
WhatYoullBuild:
- Manage day-to-day operations across a portfolio of properties, driving occupancy, leasing performance, and tenant retention while ensuring brand standards aremaintainedthrough regular property inspections
- Oversee leasing activity including pricing strategy, unit availability, andtimelyresponse to leads and applications; enforce lease terms, manage renewals, and implement retention strategies
- Handle tenant relations professionally, addressing inquiries and escalations whilemaintainingpositive, productive relationships
- Manage property budgets, expenses, and monthly financial reporting; approve invoices, control operating costs, coordinate rent collection,monitordelinquency, and collaborate with accounting on reconciliations and forecasting
- Coordinate with maintenance teams on work orders and preventative maintenance; oversee vendors to ensure quality, cost control, and timeliness;assistwith capital improvement planning and execution
- Provide direction and support to on-site leasing and maintenance teams while building andmaintainingstrong vendor relationships

Minimumrequirements/Your Foundation:
- 3+ years of property management experience, preferably managing multiple properties or a portfolio
- Strong understanding of leasing, operations, and financial performance
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiencyin property management software (AppFolio, Yardi, or similar preferred)
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel between properties
