Project Manager
Inch & Co. Construction is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial and multi-family construction projects. This role is responsible for owning the overall success of each project, ensuring work is delivered on time, on budget, and to company standards.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coordinate, and maintain accountability across all phases of construction
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and cost tracking
  • Issue and administer subcontracts, change orders, and purchase orders
  • Maintain accurate project records using Knowify, Microsoft Project, etc.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
  • Provide regular project updates to leadership
  • Coordinate closely with field superintendent on sequencing and logistics
  • Communicate effectively with architects, engineers, and consultants
  • Manage evolving project details and drive items to completion as needed

Role Overview
The Project Manager provides leadership, coordination, and accountability throughout the construction process. This individual will work closely with the field superintendent, internal teams, and project partners to keep projects moving, resolve challenges proactively, and deliver strong results. Early involvement in projects allows for a full understanding of scope and effective field execution.
