McCollister’s Global Services, Inc.

McCollister’s Global Services, a national leader in specialized logistics, warehousing, and final mile delivery, is seeking an experienced and driven Warehouse Supervisor to oversee operations at our West Chicago, IL facility.

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for daily warehouse operations, including inbound/outbound logistics, inventory management, staffing, and safety compliance. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong organizational skills, and maintains a high level of accountability and service excellence.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, staging, and outbound shipping
  • Supervise, train, and mentor a team of warehouse associates and leads to ensure productivity, accuracy, and adherence to standard operating procedures
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant warehouse environment
  • Coordinate with transportation and dispatch teams to ensure seamless loading/unloading and scheduling of deliveries
  • Monitor and optimize warehouse layout, material flow, and space utilization
  • Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to meet performance metrics and customer expectations
  • Conduct regular audits, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliations
  • Use warehouse management systems (WMS) and other tools to track KPIs and drive continuous improvement

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of warehouse management or supervisory experience in a logistics, distribution, or transportation environment
