Responsibilities
• Receive and process inbound shipments by verifying quantities, inspecting product conditions, and ensuring accurate receiving procedures
• Accurately enter inbound inventory data into the warehouse management system and maintain inventory accuracy
• Coordinate putaway operations and organize inventory according to warehouse standards and location requirements
• Handle exception cases such as damaged, missing, or mislabeled products and communicate with related teams for resolution
• Monitor inbound operational tickets and assist with inventory adjustments, transfer requests, and receiving follow-ups
• Maintain organized inbound documentation and generate inventory or receiving reports as needed
• Support daily warehouse operations and perform other duties assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
  • Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Able to communicate effectively in English on a daily basis
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Detail-oriented, patient, and highly responsible
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to speak Chinese (Mandarin) is a plus, but not required
