Treatment Coordinator - Toupin Dental & Associates

Toupin Dental & Associates in Novi, MI is looking to add a dental receptionist to join our friendly team!

We are looking for someone that loves working with patients to achieve their smile goals with knowledge in treatment planning and financial arrangements using third party lenders when needed. If you have at least one year of previous dental experience, love serving patients, have a bright and energetic personality and want to find a long term fit for your career, please consider us.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Present treatment plans and explain procedures to patients
  • Discuss insurance, costs, and financial options
  • Collect payments and follow up on outstanding balances
  • Schedule treatment to maximize provider productivity
  • Keep schedules full through confirmations and patient follow-up
  • Verify insurance and ensure accurate patient records
