Handle inbound calls with the occasional need to return voicemails. You will update account information, process donations, cancel or confirm memberships, and answer questions relating to our clients' causes and events by navigating various websites and proprietary databases.

Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Be able to pass a background.
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is required.
  • Paid Training provided.
  • 2 years of Call Center experience preferred.
  • Type 25 wpm
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft applications
  • Ability to retain/recall information from memory.
  • Prior experience in Political or NonProfit fundraising is preferred but not required.
  • Prior WorkfromHome experience required.
