Your role
A UBS Office Administrator supports market and branch management teams by overseeing daily office operations, HR tasks (like payroll and new hire onboarding), accounts payable, and coordinating business meetings.
Your team
You will be supporting the Florham Park, New Jersey branch. This branch consists of personnel within the Private Wealth Management and Wealth Management business segment. This branch consists of approximately fifty onsite personnel.
Your expertise
The Office Administrator should have excellent skillset as follows:
• Client service oriented and a collaborator
• detail oriented with proven organizational skills
• manages time efficiently and can multi-task
• excellent communicator, with top-notch interpersonal skills
• initiative-taker who is comfortable managing complex and evolving situations
• independent, motivated, proactive, and focused to take action
• bachelor's or equivalent, focusing on finance and or business administration
