To thrive as an Inside Sales Representative, you need strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills, often supported by a bachelor's degree or relevant sales experience. Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce, sales automation tools, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are typically required. Exceptional active listening, resilience, and adaptability help inside sales professionals stand out in a competitive environment.
