* Install PVC and rigid conduits, sweeps, stub-ups, and sleeves according to trench and conduit details.
* Set and level precast concrete equipment pads, ensuring correct elevation and orientation.
* Install and bond grounding systems including copper conductors, rods, exothermic welds, and grounding bars.
* Install ice bridge posts and Unistrut assemblies, aligning and securing them to the precast pad per construction drawings.
* Mount and secure prefabricated equipment cabinets, including anchoring and basic conduit stub connections.
* Verify all installations meet design specifications, grounding requirements, and code compliance.
* Maintain and inspect tools, equipment, and vehicles to ensure readiness and safety compliance.
* Complete daily reports, as-builts, and photo documentation of construction activities.
* Follow all OSHA and company safety protocols, including trench safety and PPE use.

Qualifications

* 1–3 years of experience in civil or electrical construction (wireless, utility, or power distribution preferred).
* Familiarity with trenching, conduit installation, grounding, and setting precast structures.
* Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and site layouts.
* Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
* OSHA 10/30 and First Aid/CPR certifications preferred.
* Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and lift up to 75 lbs.
